2026 FALL FESTIVAL POP UP MARKET REGISTRATION FORM

Dear Vendors,

Thank you for joining us as a vendor for this year’s Gleannloch Farms Fall Festival! We’re excited to have you be part of this wonderful community event and truly appreciate your participation. Below are important details regarding the event.

Setup Information

Date: Saturday, October 24, 2026

Setup Times: 7:00 AM – 10:30 AM

All vendors must be fully set up and ready for business by 10:30 AM.

Gleannloch Farms Equestrian Center
Outdoor Shopping Vendor Area
19240 Champions Forest Drive
Spring, TX 77379

Once registration closes on October 1, 2026, a vendor map will be released via email to all market vendors.

Vendor Fee

$25 vendor fee

The vendor fee can be paid by cash or check. Checks can be made payable to GFCA and submitted to the on-site office Monday-Friday located at 19240 Champions Forest Drive Spring, Tx 77379.

Office Hours:

Monday/Wednesday- 8:30am – 5:00pm

Tuesday/Thursday- 1:00pm – 5:00pm

Friday- 9:00am – 5:00pm

Vendor Space

Vendor space is limited. Completion of a registration form does not guarantee acceptance, and not all vendors may be approved to participate in the event. Approved vendors will be notified once selections have been made.

Each vendor will be provided one (1) 10′ x 10′ outdoor space.

Vendor spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please note: The Association provides space only. We do not provide electricity, generators, tables, chairs, tents, canopies, extension cords, lighting, or any other vendor equipment. Vendors are responsible for bringing all items needed for their booth setup and operation.

Parking is limited. We ask that vendors bring only one vehicle to help ensure adequate parking is available for all vendors and event attendees. Once you have finished unloading, please move your vehicle from the unloading area to the offsite parking area so other vendors can unload smoothly and on time.

Event Hours

11:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Breakdown Information

  • Please do not begin packing up before 3:00 PM.
  • All vendor spaces must be completely cleared by 5:00 PM.
  • Vendors are responsible for removing and properly disposing of all trash, boxes, and materials from their area at the conclusion of the event.
