Gleannloch Farms Community Association
Gleannloch Farms is managed by an elected 5 Director Board. These are voluntary positions, with each Director elected by the residents of the community. Elections are held annually in May, for a three-year term.

Sections not included in the Gleannloch Farms Community Association are: Havenwood, The Retreats, The Arbors, and The Village at Gleannloch Farms. These sections are managed via separate associations and are not considered part of the Gleannloch Farms Community Association, and therefore not entitled to access the amenities and services managed by the Association.
FirstService Residential (FSR)
The community management company, FSR, is funded by the Community Association to manage daily issues concerning the community. To report an issue, reserve an amenity, or learn more about the community contact FSR at 281-225-8015, email: glf@fsrtx.com or by visiting the onsite office located near the Fitness Center and Stables.
